Recent pastel painting I rendered from a black-and-white photograph I took about 50 years ago for an art class at Wilkes College with Mark Cohen. The four boys are atop a pile of used tires raising a T-shirt, reenacting the raising of the U.S. flag on Mount Suribachi, Iwo Jima, during the WWII Pacific campaign. The site is Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.

Prints are available in various sizes on metallic paper or canvas, rolled, framed, or mounted on a foam backing.
