MILES OF SMILES ©: Attached is a photo of my recent painting, a pastel of a young boy on a bike in my hometown of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, sourced from a black-and-white photograph I took about 50 years ago for an art class at nearby Wilkes College.
After seeing this painting, my friend joked that I should have put a third tail light on the Chevrolet sedan that's parked on the street, turning the bargain Biscayne into a pricier Impala. "Then you could charge more for your painting!" he said. Pretty funny.
